We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. Order requests will only be accepted once the payment transaction is completed with full payment. Non-payments will result in the order being cancelled. We will strive to compensate where there is a payment fail situation, as long as all evidence is provided.

If we are unable to fulfil your order following an acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone to advise you of this. 

Once your item has been dispatched, we will notify you by email. If you require any information concerning your order or you would like to make a change to your order, please email us at info@wiriscents.co.uk quoting your order number and we will respond accordingly.

Your order may be declined if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. 

Customer orders are sent out by either RoyalMail, DHL or UPS, ensuring a safe and fast delivery. Orders can take up to 5 working days to be delivered and this also differs depending on the type of shipping requested at checkout. If your delivery has not arrived, do not hesitate to contact us. 

We hope that you are delighted with your order; however, if you wish to return an item, we accept returns under necessary conditions. We will not accept any damaged or used items. When an item is returned, we will carry out thorough checks of the item to determine the cause of the fault of the item, before a refund or exchange is made.
